In Panorama Therapy we believe in using meditation as part of therapy.

Every session will include an iRest Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is an ancient system of meditation that can help you access deep states of relaxation.

In our session, I’ll guide you through iRest meditations and you will feel layers of relaxation.

This system is used by some with relaxation as the only goal.

Others use it to support healing from trauma, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain.

I use iRest in conjunction with other evidence-based therapies, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Therapy sessions are up to 70 minutes long, so we can incorporate this meditation into your journey toward a better life.
